This summer seemed like an eternity in some ways and a moment in others. Our community was rocked to the core and continues to ache through the beginning stages of healing. For me, it's been a summer of appreciating each moment. Loving each other just a bit more than thought possible, knowing it can be over in an instant.
The boys were first off to school this year. Niko started July 16th in 7th grade middle school at Skyview. Their first week consisted of some fun, but important, team building and foundational work for this school year. Matthew joined him at school a week later on the 22nd as he started his 4th grade year. This is Matthews first year at Skyview.
Bethany was off to high school as a freshman on August 5th. She too is attending an amazing charter school this year, AZ Agribuisness and EquineCenter www.aaechighschool.com/public-charter-school/prescott-valleyShe is very excited about attending this school with some of her friends as well as making new ones. She has a busy year ahead.
